"Ich glaub, ich bin im Wald". Das mit dem Wald meine ich wörtlich. Die Ziegelhütte, ein großes ehemaliges Bauernhaus, steht tatsächlich in einem der größten Waldgebiete Süddeutschlands an der Grenze zwischen Bayern und Baden-Württemberg. Es ist das Elternhaus von Nadja, einer Verlagsmanagerin aus Hamburg, und sie hat es zusammen mit ihrem Mann Dieter wunderschön renoviert.
Wir verbringen dort einen ganzen Tag in der Natur mit Meditation, Yoga und vielen neuen Erfahrungen.
Das ist das Programm:
Um 6 Uhr, kurz nach Sonnenaufgang, fahren wir gemeinsam in München los. Der Umwelt zuliebe bilden wir Fahrgemeinschaften.
Gegen 8 Uhr sind wir in der Ziegelhütte und frühstücken gemeinsam. Jeder bringt mit, was er essen möchte. Um Kaffee und Tee kümmere ich mich.
Danach gibt es eine achtsame Wanderung durch den Wald. Dort meditieren wir an einem idyllischen kleinen See, entfliehen dem Stadtstress, spüren eine intensive Verbindung mit uns selbst und der Natur. Ouardas angenehme Stimme und der Klang der Schale gibt Dir schnell viel Kraft und Entspannung.
Zurück in der Ziegelhütte genießen wir gemeinsam unser Mittagessen. Eine kleine Pause mit marokkanischer Teezeremonie entführt Dich in eine andere Welt und lässt Dich träumen.
Gegen 15 Uhr biete ich Dir eine Flow-Yin-Yoga-Session mit Elementen der Sharifa-Heilkunst aus meiner Heimat Marokko. Du wirst meine Berührungen genießen und ihre heilende Kraft spüren.
Gegen 17 Uhr fahren wir zurück nach München und treffen dort pünktlich zum Sonnenuntergang wieder ein.
